About Me

I am a first grade teacher in Arlington ISD.  I have been teaching for 6 years and all of them have been at Atherton Elementary in first grade.  I absolutely love teaching first grade.  I am getting my Master's Degree in Reading and am amazed at the how students advance in their reading ability in the first grade.  


I am married to a wonderful man named Mike.  We have been married for 3 1/2 years.  We have a 1 1/2 year old daughter named Peyton.  She is the most amazing little girl that I have ever met and I am amazed by the things she does every day.
